By accessing or using APKForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Acceptable Use & Ownership
You must own or have explicit authorization to package and distribute any website, domain, or HTML source code you submit to APKForge. You agree not to create applications that contain malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or intellectual property infringements.
3. Service Availability & Storage Lifecycle
We strive for 99.9% platform availability. Generated APK files and saved projects are stored in permanent Cloud Object Storage and remain accessible until manually deleted by the user.
4. Limitation of Liability
APKForge provides conversion and compilation tools "as is." We are not liable for any third-party app store rejections, policy violations, or performance issues arising from external web scripts loaded in the app.
